A sizzlingly satiric piece of music theatre cabaret, Mr Barbeque stars celebrated opera singer, Lyndon Terracini, who is joined by five of Australia's finest musicians. Mr Barbeque is a wild man, unafraid of fat or fire and a legend in his own lunchtime. With gags, snags (but very few SNAGs) and a lot of backyard humour, the barbecue becomes the source (or is that sauce?) of a metaphor for life in this very funny and surprisingly moving performance.

They're not tears; the smoke's affected my eyes.

Composer: Elena Kats-Chernin. Lyricist: Janis Balodis
