Hearing Loop

To listen on the Hearing Loop (the Loop), you will need to be using a hearing aid which has a TELECOIL (magnetic pickup), usually marked "T" on the hearing aid switch

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHETHER YOUR HEARING AID HAS A TELECOIL, ask your hearing aid supplier

To use the Loop during the performance - Make sure your hearing aid has a fresh battery
Turn your hearing aid switch to "T" or the setting advised by your supplier. (You may need to adjust the volume on your aid).
At the intermission, or at the end of the performance, you need to turn your aid back to your normal setting (usually "M") so you can hear again.
Please remember that when booking your tickets, you should inform the BASS operator of your specific requirements.
