John Williamson, Australia's Bush Balladeer will be releasing his greatly anticipated first album in three years, this August.

The album will include the beautiful guitar playing and backing vocals of Warren H. Williams as well as a duet with John, 'Pmurra Knatcha (My Home in the Bush)'. Warren has been on the road touring with John for the past 5 years. Also included on HILLBILLY ROAD is a young, up-and-coming bush balladeer Amos Morris, winner of a Golden Guitar Award 2008 for 'Bush Ballad of the Year', who will be singing 'Movin Means Free' in a vocal collaboration with John and Warren.

Thirteen fresh tracks will be featured on HILLBILLY ROAD including 'Cydi' (pron. 'Sidey'), a ballad about a beautiful relationship between a father and daughter. John Williamson has been performing the song over the past three years in his live shows and finally, after many requests from his fans, has decided for it to be recorded on HILLBILLY ROAD.
