Cultures of China, Festival of Spring

The Chinese Spring Festival Celebration Performances have been successfully held in 10 major countries of Chinese emigrants during the traditional Chinese lunar New Year month.

This special global event named 'Cultures of China, Festival of Spring' has received recognition all over the world.

This year, more countries and regions will be able to join us in celebrating the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Rabbit.

In February, five Chinese art troupes and two performing groups will travel the world to North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania to present highly acclaimed performances including folk songs, folk dances, symphony concerts and to send Chinese New Year wishes to international Chinese communities and audiences all over the world.

Organised and supported by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office (OCAO) of the State Council of P.R. of China, and the China Overseas Exchanges Association (COEA).
