A brassy, upbeat 1940's musical revue featuring the IN THE MOOD Singers and Swing dancers from New York with the blistering thirteen-piece String of Pearls Big Band Orchestra, belting out an authentic score of hits.

It was a time when America was in tune with sentimental ballads and up-tempo Swing Jazz rhythms, where the waltz and fox trot competed with the wild, acrobatic jitterbug, jive and boogie woogie crazed Hepcats, who crowded the ballroom dance floors.

IN THE MOOD is much more than a concert and recreates this defining era with an hypnotic Big Band, sizzling choreography, sassy costumes and over fifty unforgettable songs, performed live on stage: Chattanooga Choo Choo, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy (of Company B), In The Mood, Tuxedo Junction, Sing, Sing, Sing and more.

The 1940's continues to inspire generations and this production was selected by World USO in 1993 as an official entertainment for the 50th Commemoration of World War II.
