Around midnight, the world is vulnerable and troubled minds find clarity in the dark. Musicians often meet characters who open up over a few drinks to keep the daylight at bay. These stories are inspired by, and dedicated to them.
Of Indigenous Australian, Irish and Italian descent, the down-to-earth Leah Flanagan is a natural storyteller with the voice of an angel, wielding a mean ukelele. Midnight Muses also features the nocturnal talents of Melanie Robinson, Jamie Blechynden, and musicians Matt Earl, Tom Jones and Brian Manning.
Songs, music and stories told by Leah Flanagan.
Inspired by and featuring the words of acclaimed poet Samuel Wagan Watson.
"… a voice you can sink into: cushiony comfort without a single rough edge." Deborah Conway.
