Lillias White - From Brooklyn To Broadway

Tony-winning actor-singer Lillias White has been a fixture of New York’s Broadway musical scene since the early 1980s, receiving the Tony, among many other honours, for her role as Sonia in The Life. Her other stage credits include Once on This Island, Dreamgirls, Chicago, Barnum, Crowns, The Wiz and Romance in Hard Times, for which she won an Obie Award.

As well as a blitzing voice, White has two other great talents; she can sell a song with intelligence and commitment and she will have you crying with laughter!
