A surprise gift to Adelaide mothers, international singing sensations, The Ten Tenors, will return from a three month tour of Europe to perform a special matinee show for the City of Churches this Mother’s Day, Sunday 9 May, 2pm, at the Adelaide Festival Theatre.

Their fifth visit to the city in seven years, the ruggedly handsome tenors are back with a brand new show, The Power Of Ten.

Taking the world by storm, this latest instalment promises audiences a genre-busting repertoire and is being hailed as their best yet.

Right from the get-go The Power Of Ten breaks all stereotypes, opening with a pumping rendition of AC/DC’s Thunderstruck before moving through a range of different styles including Carl Orff’s magnificent, O Fortuna from Carmina Burana, the sung-in-Spanish En Aranjuez con tu Amor, to Seal’s Kiss From a Rose, Sarah McLachlan’s Angel, the rhythmic-rocker River Deep, Mountain High and Meatloaf’s I Would Do Anything For Love

“I think the fans in Adelaide, especially all the Mums, will really like the bravado and enthusiasm of this new show,” said The Ten Tenors’ Musical Director Graham Foote.
