Do you like your Mexican spicy?
A member of the highly acclaimed Tien Huicani from Veracruz, named best folk group in Mexico, Victor Valdes relocated to Sydney in the late 90s and founded Australia’s first authentic Mexican Mariachi band.
From the beautiful soft sounds of the harp, to the explosive rhythm of the rumba, this spectacular performance celebrates the diversity of Mexican music from sentimental love songs to the fun lively groove of La Bamba.
Last in Adelaide for Womad 2008.
Mariachi magic.
