Over the past 18 years the China Disabled People’s Performing Arts Troupe has performed in over 40 countries including performances at Carnegie Hall, The John F Kennedy Performing Arts Centre, La Scala and the Paralympic Games Beijing opening and closing ceremony 2008.
These disabled artists are true professionals displaying a diverse range of artistic abilities and share tremendous human spirit.
“My Dream” featuring the dances, songs and Chinese folk instrumental programs encompasses a stunning visual display, spectacular costumes, moving choreography and haunting music.
“My Dream” features the breath-taking centrepiece the “Thousand Hand Bodhisattva”- the dance of 1000 hands, performed by a chorus of hearing- impaired performers.
Having entertained and enthralled Presidents, Prime Ministers, Royal Families and people of all ages and cultural backgrounds this is a performance not to be missed.
