KP11: producing communities

In 2007, 11 leading arts companies accepted the offer to become key producers of the community partnerships section of the Australia Council for the Arts. Drawn from across mainland Australia, these companies work within a wide range of communities, with a diverse range of arts and non-arts partners. This exhibition introduces these companies and their work as a group whose dedication to excellence, equity, inclusion and opportunity through and in the arts makes them leaders in community arts and cultural development practice.
