Wander the foyer of the Festival Theatre and explore the history of world renowned speech therapist Lionel Logue, a display presented by Adelaide Festival Centre’s Performing Arts Collection.
The display includes personal photos from Logue’s grandson Mark Logue, original elocution books, school report cards, as well as numerous pieces kindly donated to the display by Prince Alfred College.
Logue’s work recently came to public eye through the Academy Award winning film The King’s Speech, in which Logue was played by Geoffrey Rush and King George VI was played by Colin Firth.
