Create Your Own Adventure with your GreenRoom Passport

We would like to encourage you to get more out of your membership and reward you for creating your own adventure with GreenRoom by issuing you with your very own passport to the arts!
As a member you will be issued with your membership card and your passport will be on the back. Collect 6 stamps to be rewarded! You can collect the 6 stamps by participating in 6 GreenRoom events which include the following:
1. Buying a GreenRoom priced ticket to see a show (a stamp will be given for each ticket for yourself only).
2. Viewing an exhibition in the Artspace Gallery (only 1 stamp per exhibition).
3. Participating in a GreenRoom event such as a workshop, forum or masterclass.
Like any adventure, you will be rewarded for getting involved, sometimes taking risks and experiencing new things.
Your official reward includes all of the below:
* a free backstage tour for you and a friend
* choice of 1 x double pass to a show of your choice from a selection of performances given to you at redemption OR you and a friend will be invited to a catered theatre box to see a main production with other GreenRoom recipients.
BONUS: sign up a friend to GreenRoom at the time of redemption to go into the draw to WIN an invite for you and your friend to a catered box or an invite to VIP night.
Terms and Conditions
Like any good offer, there are the old T&Cs, but I reckon you’ll find these ones pretty easy to cope with:
* After you have collected the 6 stamps it is the member’s responsibility to redeem the card by posting in your card to: GreenRoom Coordinator, Adelaide Festival Centre, GPO Box 1269, Adelaide SA 5001 with a note stating which rewards you would like to recieve. A new member card will be issued if valid for another 2 months or more.
* Rewards are valid for 6 months after redemption subject to show dates.
* Rewards are subject to availability and Adelaide Festival Centre Trust reserves the right to change the rewards. All members will be notified.
* Passport loyalty program started in April 2011 and will run indefinitely until Adelaide Festival Centre deems it closed. If the passport program finishes all current members will be notified with due notice.
* Each member is responsible for collecting their own stamps eg if you are in the Artspace Gallery you will need to see the gallery attendant, or if you are participating in a GreenRoom event, you will need to ask for the stamp or if you buy a ticket in person you will have to ask the BASS staff for a stamp. For those who buy online or over the phone, your passport stamp will be included in your ticket envelope which can be collected in person from the box office on the day of the show.
