
OzAsia Festival
Each year Adelaide Festival Centre presents the OzAsia Festival. Centred around the lunar calendar, OzAsia Festival is a two week celebration that features artists that identify with an Asian heritage, collaborations between Australian and Asian artists and a cross section of traditional and contemporary cultures from across Asia. A highlight of the Festival is the famous Moon Lantern Festival, which lights up Elder Park under the gaze of a full moon.
2013 is sure to bring more cultural enjoyment with the Festival focusing in on Malaysia. The GreenRoom Advocates have decided to have a bit of fun with this year’s short film competition to celebrate Malaysia’s diversity…introducing Urban-utan Short Film Comp!
