SPACE THEATRE, ELDER PARK AND JIM BEAM WAH-BAR TICKETS
All tickets to these venues are General Admission and tickets purchased in advance cannot be posted out. Phone or internet advance bookings can be collected from the BASS counter at the venue one hour prior to the performance, or from any BASS outlet until 24 hours before the concert. Elder Park concert tickets can also be collected from the BASS counter in the park from 5pm (or 3pm for AC/DC: We Salute You) on the day of the performance.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR JIM BEAM WAH-BAR VOUCHER
Buy a ticket to any Guitar Festival performance* up until midnight Monday 6 October and receive
a voucher allowing you to buy a ticket to any Jim Beam Wah-Bar performance for just $15* (saving of $10).
Q: I have booked my tickets at a BASS outlet. Will the BASS outlet customer service representative give me the voucher?
A: Yes, and you can redeem it on the spot if you like.
Q: I booked my tickets online or via BASS dial 'n'charge. How will I receive my voucher?
A: This depends on what concert/s you have purchased tickets to. If you have purchased a ticket to a concert that has Reserved Seating (eg Festival Theatre concert), your Jim Beam Wah-Bar voucher will be posted to you with your tickets. If you have purchased a ticket to a concert that has General Admission seating (eg Elder Park or Space Theatre), you will need to collect your tickets from any BASS outlet (until 24 hours prior to the concert), or at the BASS counter of the venue on the night of the performance. You can collect your Jim Beam Wah-Bar voucher at the same time.
Q. How can I redeem my voucher?
A. You have three options:
1. Book via BASS dial 'n'charge on 131 246. You will then need to hand in the voucher when collecting your tickets. Only the original ticket purchaser can purchase Jim Beam Wah-Bar tickets at the price.
2. At any BASS outlet by presenting it to the customer service representative.
3. On the night of the Jim Beam Wah-Bar performance at the BASS counter, subject to availability as we expect this offer to be very popular and some shows to sell out in advance. Please note that you cannot redeem your Jim Beam Wah-Bar voucher online.
Q. What happens if I lose my voucher?
A. Unfortunately lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
