Culinary masters Cheong Liew and Simon Bryant present a unique three-course banquet combining exquisite Australian-Asian flavours - a must for food lovers.

After the sell-out success of last year’s Two Chefs & 100 Cultures event, award winning chefs Cheong Liew and Simon Bryant join forces and expertise in Asian cooking techniques to fuse the freshest and finest native Australian ingredients with exotic Asian flavours.

Host Annette Shun Wah (food writer and broadcaster) will lead a discussion with the chefs to reveal their philosophy on cross cultural food fusions and the ingredients and methods used to prepare the Food Manga dishes.
