OzAsia Chinese Music Workshops

Interactive cultural music workshops | Year 3-7

Looking for a way to engage with Chinese culture through the arts in a way that is authentic and meaningful? Register your class in the Chinese Music Workshops as a part of OzAsia Festival.

Delivered by School of Chinese Music & Arts - Zhao Liang (guzheng - Chinese harp), David Dai (erhu - Chinese violin) and Satomi Ohnishi (Chinese drums) will entertain and educate in an interactive and hands-on workshop.

Workshops will explore soundscapes through traditional and familiar rhymes and tunes, further delivering multicultural songs and stories.

The Chinese Music Workshops have the scope to connect to your curriculum and classroom context in numerous ways - providing an opportunity for students to engage with Chinese culture.
