Adelaide Festival Centre's On Stage Community program was a weekly arts learning program designed for young people who have experienced out of home care.

About the program 

Term 4 2023 was run for young people aged 12 to 16 years on Tuesday afternoons between 4:30pm and 6pm (90 mins) at Adelaide Festival Centre. Term 4 was offered as an 8 week program commencing 24 October. Areas of learning include theatre, dance and singing. Access to performances and backstage tours was also included.

Parents, Guardians, Carers and Social workers were encouraged to stay for the duration of the sessions. Weekly sessions were run by experienced arts educators with additional support and training provided by program partners.

  • Time:   4:30pm to 6pm
  • Cost:  No cost to participants. This was a fee free program.
