Post Show Survey Prize – $100 BASS Voucher– Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
Competition opens at 11:30am ACST Monday 17 August 2020. Competition will close at 5pm ACST Saturday 31 October 2020. Competition will be drawn by 5pm Monday 2 November 2020 by random draw. Winner will be notified via email. One entry per person is allowed per each unique survey received and completed. You may not enter the competition more than once per each unique survey.

Curtain Up: Her Majesty’s Theatre Tour – Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
Accessibility – this tour is not for those with mobility issues or people who cannot climb stairs. A moderate level of fitness is required to complete the tour in the 60 minutes timeframe.
Age Suitability –no babes in arms/no children in strollers age suitability is 12+ years.
Recommended Footwear - Please wear comfortable shoes – preferably flat closed shoes.
Photo Opportunities – your guide will advise if photos or video cannot be taken at any time during the tour.
Backpacks/Large Bags – Please be aware that backpacks or large bags are not permitted on the tour.
Safety – all participants in the tour need to exercise common sense and responsibility for their own safety. The Tour Guide instructions for safety should be observed particularly in the back of house areas.
COVID-19 – all participants should comply with the Tour Guides instructions regarding social distancing during the tour and comply with hand sanitation regime.
Production Considerations – tours will be scheduled according to what is booked into the venue. This may mean that some areas cannot be accessed as they are being utilised by the production company and areas need to be kept secure. This may also mean that there is no access to any backstage area. If backstage access is permitted please do not touch costumes, props or any production material that you may pass on your tour.
Prize Pack – each tour will conclude with a random manual draw of tickets of patrons who are present on that HMT tour only.
The patron whose ticket is randomly drawn will win a prize pack valued at (retail) $65.00. Prize consists of:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR COMPETITIONS/GIVE-AWAYS VIA THE WEBSITE AND/OR E-NEWSLETTERS AND/OR SOCIAL MEDIA (FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM AND TWITTER)
1: METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter this competition entrants must follow the instructions provided in the competition announcement on the online platform the competition is held. Entry is limited to South Australian residents only. Only one entry per person during the promotional period will be accepted.
For competitions/giveaways through which entrants must answer a specific question, unless otherwise stated in the premise: a winning entry/entries will be drawn at random; the first entry/entries drawn containing the correct answer will win.
For competitions/giveaways through which entrants must provide a response, unless otherwise stated in the premise: a winning entry/entries will be chosen by a panel representing the Adelaide Festival Centre based on creativity, originality and adherence to the brief, at the discretion of Adelaide Festival Centre.
2: DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

3: NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZES
The nature and value of the prize is as indicated in competition announcement via the online platform the competition is held. For ticket give-aways, tickets are to be collected 1 hour prior to the show commencing at the BASS counter in the venue foyer. Tickets are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
All prize values are the recommended retail value in Australian dollars and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter takes no responsibility for variations in the prize value.
Participants must be SA residents to enter. Employees and Trust members of Adelaide Festival Centre Trust, their immediate families and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
5: PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DRAW / JUDGING
Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place at Adelaide Festival Centre at the time designated in the competition announcement.
All competitions/giveaways for which entrants must provide an original response or submission will be judged based on creativity, originality and adherence to the brief.
6: METHOD OF ADVISING RESULT OF DRAW
Prize winner will be notified via the online platform the competition is held. Adelaide Festival Centre will provide contact information to the winner (either a phone number or email address) in order for winners to claim their prize.
7: CLAIMING OF PRIZES
Winners of competitions drawn at random have one month from the date of notification to claim their prize. If the prize remains unclaimed after one month, Adelaide Festival Centre Trust reserves the right to re-draw the competition if appropriate. The first winner has no claim to any prizes should they fail to claim their prize within one month of notification. If the prize includes tickets to a performance, the tickets may be put back on sale.
Winners of competitions awarded by judging have 7 days from the date of notification to claim their prize. If the prize remains unclaimed after 7 days, Adelaide Festival Centre Trust reserves the right to re-draw the competition if appropriate. The first winner has no claim to any prizes should they fail to claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If the prize includes tickets to a performance, the tickets may be put back on sale.
8: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and not exchangeable, and must be used on the dates specified by the Promoter. All prizes/giveaways are non-transferable.
Winners must be able to attend the event on the date specified. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided. The Promoter may, subject to State regulations, substitute a different prize of equivalent value in place of any prize referred to in these terms and conditions. The prize does not include any other costs of a personal nature not stated. This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated.
9: PUBLICITY MATERIALS
It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likeness and voice of any entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. Entrants may be required by the Promoter to participate in any photo, recording, video and/or film session(s) (the “publicity materials”) and acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to use such publicity materials in any medium (including the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises the Promoter at the time of entering the Promotion that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.
By entering any Adelaide Festival Centre competition and/or give-away, the entrant warrants that the submission (and any part thereof) is their own work, or that they have any permissions necessary from the owner of the material to reproduce and distribute the work, and gives permission for Adelaide Festival Centre to publish this content through its social media, website and E-Newsletter.
10: RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
11: NO CORRESPONDENCE
All decisions and actions of the Promoter relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the prizes are exercised at its absolute discretion and are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
